Simon Wassef Appointed Chief Strategy Officer For whiteGREY

Simon Wassef will lead whiteGREY’s strategy offering in his new role as Chief Strategy Officer.

Wassef has worked internationally with a number of agencies around the world, most recently as Chief Strategy Officer at TBWA/Chiat/Day Los Anegeles.

He has led business and creative strategy for IKEA, Cadbury, adidas, Absolut, Samsung, Red Bull, Turkcell, Microsoft, Emirates Airline, Electronic Arts, Guinness, Google, Johnnie Walker, VW, The GRAMMYs, Nike and Beats By Dre.

Wassef has also been recognised for his work with a number of awards, including the Grand EFFIE for the RMS ‘Pinkie’ campaign, APG Gold for Beats By Dre and Jay Chiat Gold for Turkcell. He has also been recognised at D&AD, AWARD, Cannes Lions, and David Ogilvy.

It has been almost three years since whiteGREY launched their new strategy, and has since become a Top Ten Agency in the Pacific (Cannes Creativity Report).

It has also been recognised at the Fast Company Innovation by Design Awards and most recently won the Grand Prix for Effective Innovation at the 2020 Global WARC Awards.
