Seven And MKR Give First Look At Nigella Lawson As New Judge

Fans of Seven’s hit show My Kitchen Rules have been treated to their first look at Nigella Lawson as a judge on the show with a new ad campaign.

Lawson (pictured, right) is considered a home cooking queen, and should fit right in with the MKR team.

“When you think about the food you love, it’s nearly always home cooking. I’m a home cook and it’s the food that I want to eat. I’ve come 17,000 kilometres to find Australia’s best home cooks!” said Lawson.

Lawson will travel around Australia with returning host and judge Manu Fieldel (pictured, left) as they critique a new batch of passionate home cooks.

“As MKR judges, we make the perfect team with our years of experience in professional and home kitchens respectively,” said Fieldel.

“As lovers of delicious food and a fabulous dinner party, I can promise you we’re also going to have a lot of fun!”

Also joining MKR this season is award-winning food journalist and TV personality Matt Preston, while celebrity chefs Colin Fassnidge and Curtis Stone return as guest judges.
