The Sydney Cricket Ground, home of the Swans, has been listed as the biggest property to ever feature on Airbnb, and four fans have an opportunity to book it for a never-before overnight stay experience.

The ultimate Sydney Swans apartment will be created in the Victor Trumper Stand, with Swans legend Jude Bolton on hand to host guests overnight before the clash with GWS Giants on Saturday, April 18.

The apartment boasts all the creature comforts complete with a queen size bed, bunk beds, a lounge and dining area, flat screen TV’s and a huge balcony; overlooking the stadium, directly behind the goals.

The Airbnb guests will have dinner in the exclusive Members Dining Pavilion with Swans legends Jude Bolton and Nick Davis, tour the inner sanctum and even watch a movie on the SCG’s big screen before tucking in for the night. In the morning, they’ll be treated to a kick of the footy on the hallowed turf and watch the Swans battle it out with GWS Giants.

This ultimate Airbnb listing will be available for four lucky fans to book through this site.

Bolton, Swans 2005 and 2012 Premiership player, is excited to share this amazing experience with some of the club’s most passionate fans.

“What a fantastic opportunity to do something no AFL fan has ever experienced in sleeping at the SCG,” said Bolton. “A sleepover at the ground the night before a game is something Swans fans could only dream about. It really doesn’t get much better than that.”

As spokesperson for Airbnb said: “We’re thrilled to be providing such an incredible experience for loyal Swans fans who travel all over the country to support their team.”

“Sydney is one of the top ten global destinations on Airbnb and the SCG is by far our single biggest local listing. This is the first time anyone has ever been allowed to sleepover at the SCG and wake up on game day at the grounds – so it’s going to be huge.”
