Today, we’re profiling yet another clever and innovative Women in Media winner, and in this installment, we were lucky enough to get to know the managing partner of N2N Communications, Vanessa Liell.
It’s been a big year for Vanessa Liell. She’s a passionate, highly-regarded industry leader who champions integrity and excellence in Australia’s communication industry.
Managing partner at N2N Communications since 2011, under her leadership the agency has grown from 10 to 30 people, tripled revenue and expanded to a truly integrated agency with profitable digital, social, creative and paid services.
She’s committed to attracting passionate and talented people, providing them with big opportunities with game-changing brands. However, it’s Vanessa’s personal leadership and championing of industry excellence that distinguishes her in PR.
Alongside industry success, Vanessa has achieved a Masters in Management in 2015, nears completion of her Masters of Business Administration at MGSM, and balances her career with raising three children.
She’s responsible for the commercial success of her agency, which under her partnership role is one of the largest and most awarded independent agencies nationally.
This year N2N exceeded forecast by 10 per cent, retained 90 per cent of clients, 85 per cent of staff, won 16 new accounts as part of a diversification strategy and won over $1 million in new business.
