Sarah Harris Slams Prince Harry For Circumcision Share
The Project host Sarah Harris has criticised Prince Harry for bringing up “cheap stuff” in his memoir Spare, asking what he is hoping to achieve from the string of personal bombshells.
In Monday’s The Project, Harris said details such as Prince Harry and Prince William being circumcised is “not stuff we need to know about.”
The controversial book, set to be released on the 10 January, includes details way out of the remit of traditional royal-protocol such as when Harry lost his virginity and his use of drugs such as cocaine and magic mushrooms.
Commenting of the book, Harris asked her co-stars:
“What is all that cheap stuff? What is that cheap stuff that he brings up in the book? What does that achieve though?”
“(He) talked about his and his brother’s circumcisions. It’s just stuff you don’t need to know about.”
The Project’s Steve Price also took a swipe at the Duke of Sussex for sharing royal secrets.
“He won’t give up his title, he’s selling his family’s secrets including that he saw his grandmother the Queen dead in bed, for money,” he said.
“He’s flogging a book, he’s gone to Netflix, he’s done the Oprah interview. It’s all about him and Meghan making money out of flogging royal secrets.”
Price added that he didn’t buy the “justification” from Prince Harry that he had written the book to “protect his wife.”
