SapientNitro has bolstered its ability to hire talent by bringing on board Silva Robertson as the agency’s hiring lead for Asia Pacific.

As part of the people strategy for the upcoming year, SapientNitro is looking to grow its talent across its offices. The agency is set to enable human potential by providing a space of learning and career development for young executives through the launch of a structured internship programme, in an environment that fosters growth and creativity, and celebrates initiative and risk-taking.

Dr Christian Oversohl, chief executive officer of Asia Pacific said, “I am very happy and proud that Silva chose to join the APAC team. Talent acquisition is a key success factor for our growth and her incredible experience, commitment and leadership have already made a significant impact on our talent engine across the region.”

Robertson will bring with her a decade’s experience in recruitment, specialising in creative, media and advertising technology industries. Prior to joining the agency, Robertson was the managing director at Nakama Singapore, a London-based creative recruitment agency. There, she ran and built up the business and team over two and a half years.

In her role at SapientNitro, she will build and sustain a valued hiring team, attracting talent, both young and experienced across the agency’s regional offices in Australia, China, Hong Kong and Singapore. She will report directly into the global director of Hiring, Kristina Shedd.

I’m excited to be joining the APAC people team to help facilitate and drive this unique and diverse culture.”
