This holiday season, Santa’s sleigh might make an unexpected stop—right on the roofs of Australian Building Co display homes. In a festive twist on the traditional display home showcase, ABC Homes, in collaboration with creative agency Hook Creative Studio, has launched its cheerful ‘Reserved For Santa’ activation, bringing a little holiday magic to the streets.

The centerpiece of the campaign is a whimsical installation perched atop select ABC display homes, complete with a giant “Reserved For Santa” sign. It’s a bold, playful reminder that these homes are ready to welcome anyone—including the big guy in red.

“We wanted to create something that wasn’t just about showcasing our homes but also about connecting with the community in a way that feels warm, festive, and a little unexpected. The ‘Reserved For Santa’ installation does exactly that—it’s fun, it’s joyful, and it’s a great photo op!” said Leanne Backhouse, marketing manager at Australian Building Company.

The idea, born from Hook Creative Studio’s inventive approach, is more than just a seasonal stunt. As Pat Langton, chief creative guy at Hook, explained: “Christmas is all about imagination and magic. With the ‘Reserved For Santa’ installation, we wanted to bring that sense of wonder to life while keeping ABC Homes at the heart of it. It’s not just a house—it’s a home waiting for special moments. Plus, who doesn’t love the thought of Santa checking out the rooftop views?”

The campaign is already catching eyes, with curious passersby stopping to snap selfies and families making special trips to see Santa’s ‘exclusive’ rooftop reservation. The activation is part of ABC Homes’ broader push to highlight the warmth, creativity, and charm of its home designs.

So, whether you’re house hunting, feeling festive, or just want to bring a smile to your social feed, don’t miss the chance to see Santa’s latest real estate pick.
