Keen Samsung fans have been treated to a sneak peek of the new Galaxy S20 phone, after the company accidentally leaked the phone on its official website.
First spotted by German tech blog WinFuture, the official marketing material shows the new device in an LED-fitted case.
The gaffe confirmed several rumours about the design of the new phone, including that there will be a hole-punch selfie camera and an updated rear camera arrangement.
The LED case the phone sits in is also of interest for Samsung users, believed to show a countdown when taking photos and display a ‘starry sky’ mood light.
Although the images were quickly removed from Samsung’s website, the self-induced leak means there are very few surprises to expect at the official Samsung Unpacked event taking place on 11 February.
A leaked logo for the new Galaxy Z phone recently surfaced online, suggesting Samsung could be unveiling a groundbreaking ‘triple-fold’ phone next week.
