Sabco Hands Media Duties To New Indie Agency Shell Media

Household cleaning company Sabco Australia has appointed Shell Media as its new media agency.

Shell Media was recently launched  in September by former Zenith Director – Dean Shell (main photo), who has spent 20-plus years working across multinational holding groups including Publicis, Mediabrands, and WPP.

The independent agency will be responsible for all media planning and buying duties including a digital remit across all Sabco owned brands.  The remit also extends to Oakwood Products, a leading producer of automotive, household, shoe care and pet care products.  Oakwood Products was recently acquired by Sabco Australia but will operate as an individual brand.

Dean Shell said: “We are extremely proud and very humbled to be appointed by Sabco Australia – an iconic brand no doubt.  The need to provide agile media solutions and be transparent with clients is paramount in today’s market. That’s something which will be the cornerstone of our agency. We eagerly look forward to helping grow both the Sabco and Oakwood brands in 2019 and beyond”

Sabco Australia’s CEO, Herman Verhofstadt said: “We’re excited to partner with Shell Media, and we look forward to working with Dean and his team to continue to build the awareness and impact of both the Sabco and Oakwood brands.”
