Saatchi & Saatchi Sydney Wins Autotrader’s Creative

Digital car trading platform Autotrader has announced the appointment of Saatchi & Saatchi Sydney as its creative agency following a competitive pitch.

The new business win sees the agency take on creative duties for Autotrader as the brand looks to disrupt the car trading market.

Autotrader’s head of marketing, Glen Knowles, said: “The aim of our marketing is to inspire everyone to challenge the established and traditional way of buying and selling.

“We saw some great thinking during the process but had no hesitation in awarding the business to Saatchi & Saatchi. We’re confident their strategic and creative thinking will help us fulfil our ambition sooner.”

Saatchi & Saatchi Sydney general manager Toby Aldred said: “The opportunity of disrupting this market appealed to our ‘Nothing is Impossible’ spirit.

“We thoroughly enjoyed spending time with Glen and his ambitious team throughout process, and we can’t wait to get started.”

The Autotrader win follows hot on the heels of recently announced Saatchi & Saatchi wins Football Federation Australia, Didi and Greens.
