Market research company, Fiftyfive5, have appointed Rob Highett-Smith to the newly created role of head of performance measurement.
Highett-Smith joins to lead this capability, which encompasses brand and comms tracking, multi market monitoring, CX and customer satisfaction, as well as other longitudinal programmatic work.
Highett-Smith has over 20 years’ experience in insights consulting on both the client and agency side, most recently having spent 11 years at GfK, the last 3 as general manager consumer research, innovation and partnerships.
