Ride In Style This Summer With Pepsi Max And Gocatch

Pepsi Max today announced a new partnership with taxi and ridesharing service GoCatch, giving Sydneysiders the chance to be picked up in the Pepsi Max kombi from now until 31 January.

GoCatch app users will be able to see the iconic kombi on the map within the app, and upon requesting a booking, could be the lucky recipients of a free ride anywhere in the Sydney metropolitan area.

To max the GoCatch experience, passengers can also enjoy one of the 15,000 Pepsi Max cans available nationwide in GoCatch vehicles over the Australia Day Long weekend from 26-29 January.

The partnership is the latest instalment in Pepsi Max’s #MaxYourSummer campaign, after commuters were treated to free beach trips in the kombi in December from Sydney’s most notorious public transport pain points.

Tami Cunningham, marketing director, said, “Pepsi Max’s summer campaign has been all about inspiring Aussies to max their summer in ingenious ways. We are excited to bring this to life for our consumers and make some of the pain points of summer more bearable through GoCatch’s technology.”

In a promotion to be run in conjunction with Pedestrian.TV, Pepsi Max will give one lucky Sydneysider the chance to max their Australia Day with four mates, the Pepsi Max kombi and a chauffeur all to themselves for a day-long adventure.

Genevieve Liston, head of marketing & partnerships, GoCatch, said, “We’re always looking for fun and innovative ways to make life easier for commuters, and what better way to Max Your Summer than by getting a free ride in an iconic kombi in the busy January holiday period.”

Pepsi Max will also launch the first ever branded Snapchat lens on Australia Day. The new lens will bring the campaign’s TVC to life by giving Aussies the chance to experience a max thrill.
