Could you imagine a world before the pandemic where all managers would be ok with their employees working from home?

A few years ago, this would be quite a stretch of reality but as it turned out the global pandemic brought traditional office layouts and culture to its knees.

Virtually all office workers started working from home overnight – an emergency step that many organizations were ill-prepared to take on, but it was a necessary step.

However, while the future of work has blossomed into a distributed tapestry of working styles, technological implications have become inherent issues.

We need to address trust, regardless of where employees are working from.

If you can’t trust your employees in the first place, why even hire them at all?

Being a company owner, boss, or manager is more than micromanagement – workers do not perform their best when under such scrutiny.

Tracktime software advocates for open minds that allow for performance culture, giving people the time and space that they need to reach their fullest potential.

When applied correctly, remote workers have found that such a working arrangement actually enhances their productivity and work. Additionally, workers have reported increased job satisfaction.

On the employer’s side, lower turnover rates and significant financial savings per employee.

Track time is passionate about the fact that it’s time to trust employees, irrespective of the environment they are in.

The distributed workforce is a necessary reality where employees should be judged on their work product, not simply punching a clock and looking over their shoulder.

Learn more about trusting the remote workforce at TrackTime24.
