Red Agency Melbourne has kicked off 2019 with a string of new client wins across its corporate and consumer practices, and a new senior hire joining to spearhead the team.
Online marketplace Sportsfinda has selected Red Agency as its PR partner, to promote its credentials as a hub for selling sport and fitness goods.
Red’s remit is focused on showcasing the platform as the retail channel of choice for sports and fitness, helping businesses reach more customers.
Meanwhile, TrustedHousesitters, a global community of pet lovers exchanging pet care for a place to stay, has extended Red Agency’s remit following its successful debut year, which saw the agency recognised for its work at the PRIA Golden Target Awards in Victoria.
The agency will now work on corporate communications and a greater experiential output, in addition to media relations, events and influencer engagement activities.
Lauren Nowak (feature image) is joining the team as client services director.
She joins from WE Buchan where she had spent the past four and a half years, most recently as team lead.
Nowak has over a decade’s experience in the industry with strong experience in financial services, corporate communications and governmental work.
She is also serving as treasurer for the International Association of Business Communicators in Victoria.
Red Agency Melbourne dxecutive director, Grant Titmus (feature image), said: “Lauren brings a wealth of experience and passion for the corporate space into the team and we’re delighted to have her on board to add further firepower to our offering.
“2019 has certainly started with a bang for us.
“We’re thrilled to have Sportsfinda joining our growing portfolio.
“They are a dynamic business offering a compelling retail proposition and we are looking forward to helping them tell their story.
“TrustedHousesitters has given us a tremendous number of opportunities to build their brand over the past year and we’re excited to take that further with new ideas and campaigns in 2019”.
Danielle Swiecki has also been promoted to account director and is relocating to Red’s Sydney office.
