Red Agency Bolsters Leadership Team With Three Strategic Hires

PR, social and experiential agency, Red Agency, has bolstered its senior leadership team with a raft of new hires and internal promotions as part of a slew of recent new business wins and project work, including Neoen and Toyota.

Grant Richmond-Coggan (let in photo) has been promoted to business director. Previously holding the role of client services director, Richmond-Coggan’s role has expanded further and is tasked with managing key business operations, integration and developing more strategic offerings to clients looking to bolster their marketing activities. Richmond-Coggan has been with Red Agency for over two years, previously holding roles in London and the Middle East.

Alex Erasmus (right in photo) joins as senior account director in Sydney and supports Red Agency’s fast-growing technology and corporate client base working across clients including Capgemini, NEC and Menulog. Erasmus brings international and domestic experience in strategy and digital communications to the role. Previously working in London, Auckland and Tokyo. He worked on the launch of Facebook into Japan and established GE Reports as one of Australia’s pre-eminent branded content hubs.

Mary Proulx (middle of photo) has been hired as social media director, further growing Red Agency’s social offering, #RedSocial, across the agency’s three Australian offices. Proulx joins Red Agency from Canada where she started her career in PR before moving into content marketing. Past clients include Canadian coffee chain, Tim Hortons and the country’s largest fitness chain, Goodlife Fitness. She will report to Head of Social, Davitha Ghiassi.

On these appointments, Red Agency CEO, James Wright commented: “Grant’s promotion and the new hires are a result of the team’s tremendous efforts in previous months to continue to fuel growth and deliver more outstanding, award-winning work.
