Outdoor media company QMS Media has announced that group chief financial officer Peter Cargin has advised of his intention to resign from his role.
In a statement to shareholders, QMS said Cargin (pictured above) has agreed to remain with the business until late November 2018 to assist with the transition process.
QMS managing director Barclay Nettlefold paid tribute to Cargin’s contribution to the group at both a commercial and strategic level, particularly during the listing process in 2015 and the integration of the iSite and QMS Sport businesses.
“Peter played an important role during a period of considerable change as we moved towards listing on the ASX and the significant growth achieved since,” he said.
“We wish him all the best for his future endeavours.”
Kate Solomon, who is currently group financial controller at QMS, will fill the role on an interim basis as the company undertakes an executive search for Cargin’s permanent replacement.
