Prospa has announced the appointment of Emma Robinson as CMO.
Prior to joining Prospa, Robinson was head of marketing for ANZ’s Business & Private Banking.
At Prospa, Robinson will have a specific focus on digital acquisition, brand building, customer engagement and retention, and designing new product innovations.
She has also previously held roles at GE Capital, and Quotemehappy.com for Aviva and Direct Line Group in London.
Robinson said: “It couldn’t be a more exciting time to step into this role at Prospa.
“We’re expanding our presence in New Zealand, investing in new product and service opportunities, and just surpassed $1 billion in loan originations”.
She continued: “Prospa is a brand that truly obsesses about its small business customers and broker partners.
“I’m thrilled to take on this exciting challenge as we build awareness and engagement across every channel”.
