The Possibility Partnership has announced it has acquired a majority stake in specialist nutrition agency Appetite Communications.
With a team of qualified nutritionists and dietitians, Appetite Communications specialises in deep stakeholder engagement with the food industry and government to deliver healthy change.
“The food and beverage industry is undergoing transformation to play its part in delivering a healthier Australian diet, and we’re excited to be in a pivotal role in connecting the industry with consumers,” said The Possibility Partnership founder and CEO Ava Lawler (left in photo)
“We’re attracted to Appetite Communications’ core proposition of helping people lead healthier lives through engaging food and health communications, as well as their deep understanding of the health and nutrition landscape.”
Appetite Communications works with the food industry and government to develop health and nutrition campaigns ranging from resource materials, campaigns, content and communications which connect with key stakeholders and can be measured for impact.
“This deal is very inspiring for Appetite – to be able to access such strong agency experience and new ideas to move nutrition communication forward,” said founder Andrea Mortensen (right).
“We love creating fully integrated campaigns where we develop the strategy and create innovative solutions that succeed. This partnership will increase our capacity and capability so we can continue doing more of the work we love,” Mortensen said.
“If you’re going to really drive sustainable change, you’ve got to work with everyone along that food and health journey. Our greatest strength is our ability to improve understanding and build trust. We’re excited to leverage the extensive integrated communications skills that The Possibility Partnership brings so we can add even greater value to our clients.”
