Melbourne’s RMIT University advertising graduates will dazzle agencies with their creative talent and industry-honed skills at this year’s Pitch Night on September 24.
RMIT Professional Practice coordinator Kerin Elsum says the students are ready to hit the ground running.
“This year’s graduating advertising students are extremely keen and confident,” said Elsum.
“We have had a record number completing internships this year from all corners of the world. Their enthusiasm and commitment was amazing and they are now ready to hit the ground running out there in industry.”
The pitch event will involve a speed-dating style meet and greet, where students will be given the chance to pitch themselves to assigned agencies. This will be combined with a dash of mingling, tasty finger food and plenty of beverages.
