Pedestrian.tv, Australia’s largest youth focused publishing brand, has shared the news of its 2017 content strategy, with a number of verticals launching to better cater for its audience.
The new launches include Luxe, Money, Bites, Gaming & Pets. The new verticals will feature dedicated environments across the Pedestrian.tv website featuring in-depth editorial coverage, video and commercial partnerships.
Pedestrian.tv co-founder Chris Wirasinha said, “2017 is going to be our biggest year on record and we’re setting the stage by expanding and taking our existing coverage deeper.
“We’re building environments around passions we currently write about such as food and gaming as well as creating completely new environments around pets, money and aspirational content.
“All launches are a response to insights and audience demand so that we can continue to deliver more to our passionate, loyal and ever-growing audience.”
Catering to Pedestrian readers aged 25 to 35 who are on the path to success. They’re entrenched in their careers and looking for ways to assert their personal brands. The content will move from the aspirational to the actionable across auto, interiors, beauty, fashion, accessories, design, architecture and premium travel.
As traditional markers of adulthood are pushed back later in life pet ownership is being brought forward. Pedestrian Pets will be an Australian first from a major publishing portal delivering everything our audience wants to know about their furry significant others.
Pedestrian Money will cover everything from managing, cash, superannuation, investing, climbing the ladder, side-hustles, starting up and cracking the housing market.
Going deep with our existing coverage of food & drinks and expanding into millennial focused cooking info that Pedestrian readers can apply in their own homes and sharehouses.
Pedestrian’s dedicated gaming vertical will launch with live reporting at the E3 Conference in LA.
