Pantene is taking over Australia’s most iconic beach this December, giving beachgoers the opportunity to cool off and wash away the sweat, salt and sand whilst protecting their hair from damaging UV rays.
From Friday 8th to Sunday 10th December the Pantene Summer Showers will be set-up at Bondi Pavilion Forecourt and stocked with Pantene Pro-V Daily Moisture Renewal Shampoo and 3 Minute Miracle Conditioner. Together these hair care miracle workers resist and protect against UV damage by locking in moisture and filling hair with antioxidants. Pantene will also be giving away free samples to everyone who visits the showers.
On hand to launch the showers on Friday 8th December will be Aussie golden girl and Pantene Summer Ambassador, Anna Heinrich:
“Bondi is at the heart of my summer lifestyle, so I can’t wait to see the Pantene Summer Showers pop up at the beach. It’s a really cool approach to educating Australians on summer hair protection whilst offering women a fun way to experience the Pantene difference for themselves. I’m looking forward to getting down there and seeing everyone.”
During the summer months hair requires extra nourishment and protection from the damaging effects of salt water, chlorine and the scorching sun’s UV rays. With research showing that hair is three times more exposed to UV rays than skin, Pantene aims to educate beachgoers on the importance of incorporating a shampoo and conditioner that protects hair to keep it strong, healthy and beautiful all summer long.
The Pantene Summer Showers will operate from 7am-4pm Friday 8th December, and from 9am-6pm Saturday 9th December and Sunday 10th December. The first 100 visitors to the showers will also be gifted with a beach bag and towel courtesy of Cosmopolitan magazine.
