Onepartners Takes Gold And Silver At MAAW

Onepartners have scooped a gold and silver at the Marketing Agencies Association Worldwide (MAAW) Globe Awards.

As the growth of Shopper Marketing and focus on sales conversion continues both in Australia and globally, it’s clear Australian agencies are making an impact on the worldwide stage, with One Green Bean also receiving a Bronze award for its Virgin Mobile work.

Onepartners’ Managing partner Justin Singh told B&T: “Its great to achieve any Global awards for activity that has significantly impacted the bottom line of our clients business.

“It is still the case that many agencies do not even see the impact, if any, their work has had on sales, versus the likes of impressions, engagements, brand awareness etc.

“We work with a number of blue-chip, senior clients who are gradually making adjustments between brand and conversion marketing investments and I’d like to think clients support local, independently owned Aussie battler agencies doing great work.”

According to recent survey The Unrealised Potential of Shopper Marketing – recently commissioned by POPAI Australia – almost 50% of respondents, including major blue-chip brand owners and retailers, said their focus on Shopper Marketing and budgets were forecast to keep increasing.

Onepartners’ picked up Gold and Silver awards in the Shopper Marketing and Consumer Appliances categories for the work it did for The Breville Group’s Kambrook Blitz2Go blender brand.

The campaign was a complete path to purchase activity, including TV, print, digital, social media and in store, as well as gym partnerships and the use of former Olympian and host of TV’s The Biggest Loser, Hayley Lewis, as an ambassador.

More than 130 judges from 25 countries around the world, representing agencies, clients, media and industry associations, judged a total of 350 campaigns that had been awarded local markets from around the world.
