One Billion People Logged Onto Facebook In One Day

Social media overlord Facebook has passed a milestone today, recording one billion users logging into the navy blue platform in 24 hours.

Chuffed is probably an understatement for how Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook’s founder, is feeling right about now.

He took to Facebook himself to share the news.

This doesn’t mean the Daily Active User numbers for Facebook.

The platform’s last report of active daily user was 844 million, according to its latest results, which saw the network exceed profit expectations.
