Nine’s Director Of Commercial Development Latest To Fall On Sword

Channel Nine’s director of commercial development Martin Hersov is the latest to quit his post following the appointment of new CEO Hugh Marks last month.

Hersov had been at Nine for the past 14 years and was charged with selling Nine’s locally produced content globally; namely sport and cricket packages.

There is no suggestion that Hersov was a candidate for the recent CEO position.

Ironically, Hersov took over his role from Marks when he initially vacated the position.

Hersov was not involved in Nine’s recent ill-fated negotiations of the NRL rights.
