Nine’s love bus slowed by Bali dramas

Television viewers were not feeling the love for Nine’s When Love Comes to Town last night with 232,000 less people choosing to watch the reality love-hunt in its second week.

Last week the debut episode of When Love Comes to Town won a place in the top 10 with 868,000 viewers. Last night the show was last in the 8.30pm slot and snuck into the top 20 shows, sitting in 19th place with just 636,000 viewers.

The 8.30pm slot was won by Seven’s new What Really Happens in Bali (1.057 million), according to OzTam’s preliminary metro ratings.

Ten’s NCIS also beat Nine’s When Love Comes to Town with 769,000 viewers choosing to watch Ten’s crime drama.

The ABC’s Two Men in China (647,000) also proved more popular than Nine’s reality hopeful.

Seven won the night overall with a total 32.1% share of all free-to-air (FTA) viewers. The network’s ratings charge was driven by House Rules which was Tuesday  night’s most watched program with an audience of 1.312 million people.

Seven’s main channel won 23.6% of all FTA viewers.

Nine was in second place with a total 27.2% with 20.1% going to its primary channel.

Ten was third place on a combined 19.4%. Ten’s most-watched show was MasterChef Australia which jumped up close to the magic million mark again with 934,000 viewers.

Ten’s main channel had 14.8% of all FTA viewers.

The ABC was in fourth place on 15.5% with 11.4% going to ABC1. SBS sat on a combined 5.8% share with 4.9% going to SBS ONE.
