Nielsen has announced that media industry and digital veteran will join as Executive Director, Commercial Growth and Product Strategy for Nielsen Media Australia on February 15.
Betts has more than 20 years of experience in both digital and full-service media agencies. He has worked across technology, automotive, financial services, retail, and government, and will steer Nielsen’s innovation and insights by prioritizing the ‘voice of the client’.
Managing Director, Nielsen Media Sports & Entertainment Monique Perry said, “I have worked with Jon for many years now and always valued the way he has challenged the team at Nielsen to drive better outcomes for his clients.

As the industry continues its digital transformation and accounts for fundamental changes in audience behaviour and privacy and technology, Betts will be instrumental in challenging Nielsen to deliver great commercial impact for its products and services.
