MediaCom has surrendered its crown! After remaining the top agency for media wins for much of 2017, rival agency OMD has snared the number one spot for the month of December.
The latest data from marketing tech firm R3 shows that the Omincom-owned OMD took top position for new business wins on the back of wins that included Nissan, Qantas and Simplot Foods.
Not that it was all bad news for MediaCom, who still managed to jag second position.
Universal McCann slipped one spot to third, Carat held on to fourth and Havas Media rounded out the top five for December. In fact, the top 20 looked remarkably similar to the month previous. Check out the list below:
