Sunrise‘s Natalie Barr didn’t hold back her thoughts on Meghan Markle.
On Sunrise while discussing the Duchess and her recent press tour. Barr didn’t bother mincing her words and said: “I think an Australian would say ‘she’s just full of it!”
Nat shared her candid thought with co-hosts Kochie and Edwina Bartholomew.
She then added: “She’s a tosser. She’s a total tosser. That’s how we would describe her. I just can’t… The way she speaks!”
Barr’s words come as Markle continues to wade through the media storm from her interview with The Cut.
Where Markle compared her Prince Harry to salt and pepper shakers and talked about how a South African cast member of The Lion King pulled her aside and said: “He said, ‘I just need you to know: When you married into this family, we rejoiced in the streets the same we did when Mandela was freed from prison.”
According to The Daily Mail, Nelson Mandela’s grandson has since slammed her comments and said: “‘Madiba’s celebration was based on overcoming 350 years of colonialism with 60 years of a brutal apartheid regime in South Africa. So It cannot be equated to as the same.”
It was all far too much and clearly far too much for Barr!
