Millennium Hotels and Resorts has launched its first mobile app, designed by MullenLowe Profero to deliver a totally reimagined and optimised user experience across the globe.
Using the new mobile app, guests can conveniently book single or multiple rooms across any of the 100-plus Millennium hotels and resorts around the world.
Aimed at engaging loyal customers, the app encourages guests to register or login to Millennium Hotels and Resorts’ loyalty program, MyMillennium, where members can get a discount of up to 10 per cent for bookings made through the app.
Designed and developed by MullenLowe Profero across its Sydney, Chengdu, and Singapore offices, the app is agency’s latest experience-led digital transformation solution.
Using native iOS and Android technologies, the app has been designed to seamlessly integrate with Millennium Hotels and Resorts’ core platform, Sitecore.
Millennium Hotels and Resorts’ North American president and chief technology and solutions officer, Howard Wu, said: “This is the first time Millennium Hotels and Resorts has ever launched a truly global, integrated app for our customers.
