Monday TV Wrap: Have You Been Paying Attention? Puts Smiles On 10’s Dial

10’s stalwart news-come-comedy, Have You Been Paying Attention?, continues to do the business for the network, posting 707,000 according to OzTAM metro numbers.

With its MasterChef (681,000) combo, 10 managed an impressive 20.8 per cent of last night’s eyeballs and third position behind Nine (28.9 per cent) and Seven (27.3 per cent. ABC had to settle for fourth and 16.7 per cent and SBS did 6.3 per cent.

Best for Seven was its 6pm news that posted good numbers with 1.231 million. Home and Away had 744,000, House Rules did 743,000 and 9-1-1 pulled 401,000.

Other highlights for 10 included The Project (534,000), 10 News First (477,000) and a struggling Kinnie Tonight (276,000).

In the battle for breakfast, Sunrise did 286,000 to Today’s 192,000.

Nine’s best was The Voice (a neat one million), its 6pm news (997,000), ACA (869,000), Hot Seat (600,000) and Brits Icon: Elton John (410,000).

The ABC’s Monday of news and current affairs ran this way: 7pm news (772,000), 7.30 (610,000), Australian Story (584,000), Media Watch (475,000) and Q&A (382,000).

Best for SBS was Medicine Or Myth? with 271,000.
