Network Ten appears to have undone all its hard work from an impressive Sunday night, getting beat by the ABC last night, according to overnight OzTAM figures.
Unsurprisingly, MKR was the stellar show of the evening, pulling in 1.106 million viewers for Seven.
Seven’s trifecta of its news (1.02 million), Today Tonight (999,000) and MKR handed the network a convincing 31.7 per cent audience share last night.
Nine was second with 25.7 per cent and the ABC – on the back of its strong current affairs offering – was third with 18.2 per cent. Ten managed 18 per cent and SBS bought up the rear with just 6.4 per cent.
Nine’s 6pm news bulletin was its best with 937,000 viewers, ACA had 813,000 and Married At First Sight pulled in 879,000.
Ten’s I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! shed viewers and only managed 712,000 last night. The Project was the network’s only other show of note, pulling in 573,000.
For the ABC, its night went – 7pm news (747,000), 7.30 (685,000), Australian Story (671,000), Four Corners (638,000) and Media Watch (563,000).
