Following a competitive pitch, multi award-winning Modibodi, has appointed creative agency, Emotive, to lead its brand strategy and campaign work globally.

Launched in Australia in 2013, Modibodi sustainable, period and leak-proof apparel have disrupted the market of disposable sanitary products, like pads, liners and tampons. The business has experienced phenomenal growth, with the last two years seeing Modibodi expand into the UAE, Singapore, Iceland, South and West Africa as well as the UK, France, Germany and the US.

“Modibodi has earned a reputation for fearless marketing and a willingness to speak out about societal taboos around menstruation, incontinence, body diversity and menstrual equity. We are excited to be partnering with the Emotive team on our next thought provoking campaign that will introduce Modibodi to a new global audience” said Kristy Chong, CEO and Founder of Modibodi.

Modibodi is currently the leading leak-proof brand in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. The Modibodi leak-proof and moisture wicking product range includes swimwear and activewear as well as maternity together with a tween brand RED and Men’s underwear range.

“We’re looking forward to making Modibodi famous and helping to grow the brand and business globally, as Modibodi continues to change the way people manage periods and leaks at every stage of their lives” said Michael Hogg, Managing Partner and Head of Strategy at Emotive.

Modibodi joins an increasing client base for the Sydney Agency including Optus, Audible, Unilever, HelloFresh, Google, ATC, Mount Franklin, YoPRO and Sportsbet.
