French pharmaceutical company Sanofi has appointed GroupM’s Mindshare to manage its media account following a five-month global review.
Mindshare will take over from Zenith (Publicis) as Sanofi’s become new global media agency of record, covering over 60 countries, including Australia.
Meanwhile, Sanofi has also appointed Havas to handle the media buying for its prescription-side of the business and act as a strategic media planning partner for consumer healthcare in the US, while independent New York agency KWG will continue to manage media buying for consumer products.
In Japan, Sanofi has picked Hakuhodo to handle the media account for its consumer healthcare division.
Furthermore, Publicis, Havas, and WPP have been appointed as key creative agency partners across all of Sanofi’s business units.
