Specialist digital marketing and media consultancy Mindbox has announced a new senior hire, with Jessica To appointed as general manager of the agency.
The hire strengthens the team at a senior level, in line with a 53 per cent growth in turnover in the first six months of 2021.
To brings 14 years of industry experience to the role, joining from Ikon (WPP) where she held the position of media and data director, playing an integral role in delivering integrated media and measurement solutions for key clients such as Bankwest.
Founder and CEO of Mindbox Nic Halley said, “Jessica is joining the team at an exciting time, as we continue to see rapid-fire change in the digital landscape and the growth of Mindbox. With this, comes the need to find the right structure to grow and a passionate team leader to ensure that as the industry adapts, so do we”.

The announcement comes as current general manager Paul Maddock moves into the role of head of operations, following a successful 2020/21 which saw the consultancy continue to build its work with HCF, Seqirus, Teachers Health, Australian Retirement Holdings amongst others, expand its partnership with DHL to cover all the ANZ region and continue to build its expertise in the Fintech sector with new clients Vonto, Backr and Fupay.
Mindbox has 21 years of specialisation across media, search, programmatic, social, behavioural marketing and its associated data.
