Acknowledging exceptional talent from within, MediaCom has announced the promotion of Ryan Goldsworthy to Biddable Group Director.
Goldsworthy’s tenure with MediaCom began a year ago in conjunction with the launch of its Marketplace-based Biddable team.
An innovative approach to investment management, the Marketplace department combines trading excellence with data-driven in-channel planning operated in a system fuelled by data, technology and automation.
An established member of MediaCom’s team, Goldsworthy’s promotion is in recognition of him establishing best practice and providing thought leadership across Search and Social which has resulted in the improvement of the agency’s Search Excellence scores nationally.
MediaCom head of marketplace Sydney, Sam Russell said: “Ryan’s promotion is incredibly well deserved and is in recognition of his tireless work which has seen him significantly contribute to the agency nationally.

Goldsworthy’s remit will now expand to lead the agency’s biddable and programmatic activity across a broader client portfolio now inclusive of Victorian based clients.
