McCallum’s remit to now include leadership responsibility for new business, strategic partnerships and product development to enable growth for the NSW based agency.
Rewarding and recognising remarkable leadership from within, MediaCom has today announced the promotion of Ben McCallum to managing director, Sydney, formerly general manager, Sydney.
McCallum has more than 16 years of advertising experience working for a number of agencies in London, Manchester and Sydney.
Since joining MediaCom’s network in 2015, McCallum has played a pivotal role which has had a positive and measurable impact on the agency’s people, clients and media partners.
Not only has he successfully built a team culture fuelled by enthusiasm and a hunger to deliver excellent solutions to MediaCom’s clients, partners and colleagues.
McCallum was also the driving force behind MediaCom Sydney’s business transformation which saw the agency align their offering and teams under four key departments last year.
As managing director, McCallum will continue to use his leadership and knowledge of MediaCom’s people and products to drive new business, strategic partnerships and product development to deliver growth for the NSW based agency.

McCallum’s promotion to MD, Sydney is effective immediately and will continue to see him report directly to Willie Pang, CEO MediaCom AUNZ.
