MediaCom has announced Mike Worden (main photo) as Sydney managing director, and Adele Burke (main photo) as general manager.

The expansion of leadership capability will support MediaCom’s vision of helping clients See the Bigger Picture and come as the agency grows its client portfolio adding The Coca – Cola Company, The Star Entertainment Group and Arlo Technologies, among others.

Key appointments for the agency, MediaCom is determined to continuously meet the changing needs of clients and partners by expanding its leadership capability to accelerate business growth and value.

Worden and Burke will bring together their expertise and experience to lead MediaCom Sydney, drive its continued success and set the team and clients up for the future.

Worden joins MediaCom with a fantastic track record in delivering business growth, for both clients and agency, through innovative and effective solutions.

Reporting to Yaron Farizon, MediaCom CEO, he is tasked with supercharging the agency’s capabilities and shaping the next generation of MediaCom’s client leadership.

Worden will also be responsible for the ongoing development of MediaCom’s high performing team in Sydney and integrating new ways of working.

Rewarding outstanding talent from within, Adele Burke, Client Partner, has been elevated to general manager, MediaCom Sydney, reporting to Worden.

A respected leader internally and externally, Burke began her journey with MediaCom eleven years ago and has held an array of key leadership roles within the business, most recently as Client Partner responsible for some of the agency’s biggest accounts including KFC, Richemont, and Hasbro.

Burke is an exceptional client leader with a proven track record for achieving incredible results for her clients by helping them See The Bigger Picture.

As general manager, Burke will bring her experience of MediaCom’s culture, client service and, best practices to scale across all of Sydney’s clients.

These key appointments follow several recent key hires ramping up the agency’s specialist capabilities, such as Karleitia Bodlovic as director of e-commerce, Sophie Price as chief strategy officer, Prajat Khare as managing director of data-led planning & systems intelligence and Anthony Sciacca as head of marketplace, Sydney.
