Vice Appoints Joanna Jones To New APAC Head Of Client Services

Vice has announced the appointment of Joanna Jones as the new head of client services across the APAC region.

With a career spanning 13 years in media and communications, Jones has worked with some of the world’s largest brands, including P&G, Honda and Virgin Media in Singapore and London.

Jones has previously worked with media agencies Publicis, Group M and Omnicom, most recently leading Edelman’s performance media, providing specialist strategic counsel across Asia-Pacific.

As the newly appointed head of client services, Jones will work alongside VIRTUE managing director Aaron Pearce and head of sales & partnerships Serene Lee, driving VICE’s commercial account and project management.

Guiding projects borne out of VICE’s cultural and content expertise, Jones will lead a team that has worked with some of the world’s biggest brands, including: AB InBev, Unilever, Amazon Prime, Uber, Nike, Asics, Adidas, New Balance, Chanel, Google, Mountain Dew, AirAsia, Air New Zealand, Durex, Schweppes, Absolut, Levi’s, BMW, Nissan, Airbnb, Beats by Dre, PUMA, and Jameson.

Jones said: “I’m thrilled to be joining such a dynamic and energetic team and to be part of both VICE and VIRTUE.

“Being so close to the cultural heartbeat of Asia whilst working with VICE’s strong client base is incredibly exciting”.
