Tuesday TV Wrap: Seven’s ‘Take Me Out’ Plummets 30%

Seven’s dating game show Take Me Out fell under the dreaded half-a-million mark last night, pulling 426,000 viewers and now down 30 per cent since launch.

Once again, The Block (978,000) was the most watched show of the night and handed Nine the Tuesday night honours.

Nine had 31.5 per cent of the viewer eyeballs, Seven had 24.1 per cent, Ten hung on for third and 19.5 per cent, the ABC pulled 17.5 per cent and SBS managed 7.5 per cent.

Nine’s 6pm news bulletin pulled 953,000 and ACA enjoyed 817,000. True Story With Hamish And Andy is no longer what it once was, managing 610,000 last night, while Hot Seat pulled 529,000.

Over at Seven, its best was its 6pm news with 978,000. Home And Away had 625,000, The Chase pulled had 620,000 and 800 Words managed 506,000.

Best for Ten was Survivor with 696,000. The Project had 511,000, Bull had 307,000 and Pointless was again disappointing with just 251,000.

The ABC’s night ran thus: 7pm news (724,000), 7.30 (582,000), Exposed: The Case Of Keli Lane (560,000) and Foreign Correspondent (498,000).

Again SBS was relying on trains, a repeat of Great Continental Railway Journeys topping its time sheets with 315,000.
