Tuesday TV Wrap: SBS’ ‘Who Do You Think You Are?’ Falls Just Shy Of 500K

The Voice did 856,000, MasterChef had 618,000 and House Rules posted 556,000 last night, but it was SBS’ Who Do You Think You Are? that was the night’s standout, posting an impressive 479,000 according to OzTAM metro numbers.

Nine won the night with 29.8 per cent audience share, while SBS managed rare double figures and 10.4 per cent. Seven had 26.9 per cent, 10 did 17.8 per cent and the ABC had a neat 15 per cent.

Nine got over the line on the back of its 6pm news (969,000), ACA (810,000), Hot Seat (550,000) and The Big Bang Theory (539,000).

Seven’s highlights were its 6pm news (1.082 million), Home And Away (686,000), Andrew Denton: Interview (414,000) and The Chase (364,000).

In the battle for breakfast, Sunrise (302,000) trolleyed Today (210,000).

MasterChef aside, 10’s highlights were The Project (447,000), 10 News First (404,000) and Mr Black (341,000).

The ABC’s evening went this way: 7pm news (677,000), 7.30 (481,000), Joanna Lumley’s Silk Road Adventure (303,000) and The Recording Studio (286,000).
