Shopper Media Group appoints Victoria Primrose as Marketing and Client Partnerships Director

Shopper Media Group has appointed Victoria Primrose to the newly created position of Marketing and Client Partnerships Director.

Ben Walker, CEO and founder of Shopper Media Group, says Ms Primrose’s appointment comes after a year of exciting growth for the company. “This year we have enjoyed great success, having attracted a multimillion-dollar investment from Blue Sky Private Equity, being listed on Westpac’s prestigious 200 Businesses of Tomorrow list, as well as securing one of Australia’s most respected marketers, David Morgan, as Chairman of Shopper Media Group,” he says.

“To help us continue to deliver innovative, data-first marketing solutions for our clients we have appointed Victoria Primrose, who has extensive experience in FMCG marketing and e-commerce, having worked for Johnson & Johnson, Lindt and the UK’s second-largest comparison site for insurance, utilities and banking, moneysupermarket.com.”

Shopper Media Group has been disrupting Australia’s established OOH advertising market with its intelligent Smartlite technology that is at the forefront of worldwide geospatial Wi-Fi analytics. It currently boasts a portfolio of more than 180 shopping centres that reach around 4.6 million unique shoppers per fortnight.

Victoria Primrose says she’s delighted to be joining the innovative team at Shopper Media Group. “Marketers need better ways to drive product conversion at the point of purchase, beyond what we have been traditionally doing for the last 10 years. Shopper Media Group is making great strides to completely revolutionise outdoor, and POS media with its fantastic technology.”

“Victoria’s appointment will be instrumental in telling our story, and creating better products for marketers with our market-changing technology,” adds Ben Walker.
