Sand to slide through Days of Our Lives hourglass again

The Networker is overjoyed with the news Days of Our Lives is set to return to Australian TV screens after considering filing for bereavement leave when Nine gave it the axe last year.

Nine axed Days of Our Lives after 45 years in April 2013, leaving a huge gap at 2pm for fans who knew the slot had been the soapies home since 1968.

But Foxtel has saved the day!

A deal between the pay TV company and US studio Sony will see Aussie audiences able to catch-up with all events from Salem on the Arena channel.

The Networker is getting his Tim Tam and tea ready in anticipation.
