Reports: Jacqui Lambie Set To Join 2018’s ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’

Newly unemployed Tasmanian federal senator Jacqui Lambie is apparently set to join the cast of Ten’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! for its upcoming series due for release early in the new year.

Lambie was forced to quit her parliamentary post last month after she was yet another politician caught-up in the ongoing duel citizenship affair. She is apparently seeking re-election.

The rumours come after entertainment reporter Peter Ford tweeted: “Caller to @RossAndJohn Rumour File has @JacquiLambie heading into the South African ‘jungle’ next month as a celebrity!”

Ten has yet to confirm its line-up for the fourth series of the show and has refused to confirm Lambie’s participation. The series will again be shot in a South African jungle with shooting set to begin post-Christmas. Ten has confirmed hosts Julia Morris and Dr Chris Brown will return to the show.

Lambie herself hasn’t publicly confirmed or denied her participation on the show, however, it could be a busy few months for the Tasmanian with the launch of her memoir Rebel With A Cause due for release in the coming weeks.
