Reborn Pops The Champagne With Aussie Liquor Marketers Win

Advertising agency REBORN Group continues on its winning ways having been appointed by Australian Liquor Marketers (Metcash Australia) after a competitive pitch.

The appointment sees REBORN Group picking up all digital and social work for Independent Brands Australia (IBA) retail banners – The Bottle-O, Cellarbrations, IGA Liquor and Duncan’s Australia wide.

Noel Magnus, managing director for REBORN Group, said the agency was “thrilled to be working with IBA, Australia’s second largest liquor retail group. This is a substantial win for us – it’s one we are particularly excited about”.

“It was a hard fought pitch against some very tough competition – so that makes it all the more special. ALM have big plans in the coming months ahead – it’s an exciting time to be partnering with their marketing team,” he added.

A few weeks into the partnership, Cynthia Fernandez, national brand marketing manager at ALM said of the appointment, “the desire and motivation is there to deliver best-in-class work and lead the category when it comes to our digital evolution. We are really pleased to have partnered with REBORN and whilst in the early stages of our partnership, we have been thrilled with the teams’ enthusiasm and high standard of work produced. We are really excited to be working with such innovative leaders in the digital space.”

Magnus said, “the agency is in a good place – our momentum is strong.” He confirmed the agency is awaiting the outcome of three recent competitive presentations.

REBORN Group has five brands within its portfolio – REBORN, Lifestyle Media Group, The Thinkerers, Love & Wine and OpenLIVE. The group recently setup an office in the UK and also has a JV in place with thedylanagency.
