Melbourne-based creative agency Yoke are behind the newly launched rebrand of real estate and property agency Kay & Burton.

The re-branding project, which started in January with a comprehensive research and brand strategy stage, has delivered a new identity that stays true to the heritage of the company.

Matt Caminiti, Yoke’s design director said, “For a long time, Kay & Burton owned a specific colour palette that has long been associated with the brand, so that departure was a significant step. By using clear space, clean layouts and monochromatic imagery, the new identity again gives Kay & Burton a unique position in the busy real-estate market place.”

A key project in the re-brand is the new Kay & Burton website designed and built by Yoke. The site successfully balances design and content with functionality and user experience in telling the brand’s story and profiling the agency’s extensive property listings.

Established in 1938, the Kay & Burton brand has become synonymous with premium properties in Australia. Today the company has over 100 employees with services and expertise across sales, property management and developments.
