Porter Novelli Nabs Employer Of Choice Accolade

Porter Novelli Melbourne has further cemented its industry standing, claiming its sixth consecutive accolade in the 2015 Australian Business Awards.

Porter Novelli has been accredited an Employer of Choice for a second year, building on prior recognition as a Recommended Employer, recognised as a leading workplace demonstrating effective employee recruitment, engagement and retention.

Porter Novelli Australia chief executive, Peter Kent, said further recognition as an Employer of Choice provided a measure of authenticity in business culture and professional practice at Porter Novelli.

“We work hard to build an environment that attracts and holds the right people. We do that by engaging in their personal and professional development, not just offering them a job,” he said.

“We recruit for type. We look for people with curiosity, commitment and a belief in the way we work and the work we do.

“For our clients, that means the most capable, committed, trusted and skilled teams.”
