Nissan Australia Moves Media From Dentsu To Omnicom’s UNITED

Automotive company Nissan Australia has announced it has moved its media account to UNITED in line with a global direction to align media agencies.

UNITED, a newly-formed agency that will manage the integrated media solutions for Nissan Australia, is a subsidiary of Omnicom Media Group, based in South Melbourne.

Rebecca Williams, general manager of brand and communications at Nissan Australia, said: “With such a strong global understanding of the Nissan brand, combined with great local knowledge, UNITED is in the ideal position to support Nissan and our communications objectives in Australia.

The global alignment brings to an end Nissan’s long-term relationship with the Dentsu Aegis Network.

“We would like to thank the team at Dentsu Aegis Network for their professional working relationship, great creativity and dedication to Nissan Australia for over a decade,” Williams said.

Nissan’s transition to UNITED has already commenced.
