Matty Acton To Re-Join The Hit Network

Southern Cross Austereo (SCA) has announced that radio personality Matty Acton will return to the Hit Network in 2017.

A statement by the radio group said he will join the Hit 105 breakfast show in Brisbane with Stav, Abby & Osher in January, with current breakfast anchor Dave Matthews to take up another opportunity within SCA next year.

Acton has previously hosted his own national show on SCA, breakfast on the Gold Coast and was most recently the anchor for Hughesy & Kate on KIIS.

The Hit Network’s head of content, Gemma Fordham, said it was with great pleasure that SCA will welcome back Acton next year.

“Matty has always been a valued member of the SCA family and we welcome him back with open arms,” she said.

“His radio credentials, as an anchor, contributor and producer, will provide a fantastic addition of skills to the Stav, Abby & Osher show.”
