Global mircomobility leader Lime has appointed Clancy Dobbyn as communications manager for the Asia Pacific region.

The decision to build out Lime’s regional leadership team demonstrates its commitment to the APAC region and is a sign of confidence by the company as Lime looks to expand into new markets across APAC and strengthen its presence in the cities in which it is currently operating.

Utilising his wealth of experience working with Australian state and federal governments Dobbyn will drive Lime’s APAC communications strategy across the region, responsible for sharing the Lime story and amplifying the many benefits of micromobility.

“As the global leader in micromobility, founded on a vision of providing a more sustainable, affordable and accessible way to get around our increasingly congested cities, I’m energised to work with a company whose mission I share and am so deeply passionate about.”

Lime’s regional director of government strategy and policy, Mitchell Price said Clancy’s appointment further strengthens Lime’s commitment to the APAC region.

Price said: “Clancy has already demonstrated the value he can bring to Lime’s APAC team through offering a strong and strategic vision and respected leadership skills.

“Clancy’s passion and dedication to transforming communities will be instrumental to Lime’s success.”
