King Furniture Website Recognised With Four W3 Awards

The King Furniture website developed by Adcorp, has won four W3 Awards, as judged by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts in New York.

The awards recognise websites, online marketing, mobile sites/apps, web video and social with submissions entered by agencies from around the world. The King Furniture website, developed by full service Australian agency Adcorp secured a gold in the Consumer Goods category and silver across the Corporate Communications, Marketing and Shopping categories.

“Our business needed to create a contemporary eCommerce site and an inspiring destination for those researching design solutions before visiting one of our Showrooms,” said King Furniture marketing manager, Alexandra Pemberton.

“We are thrilled with the wins and value the hard work that Adcorp put into the design, ensuring the site is optimised for all devices. The task was certainly challenging with hundreds of content pages including video elements, all refreshed and curated into a compelling and easy to navigate framework.”

Adcorp’s Digital account director, Jamie Bracken said: “A huge amount of work was undertaken during the planning phases of this project including the delivery of complex information architecture and user journey storyboarding. Our design team produced some of the most complex page designs that have come out of our studio and, in close collaboration with the development team, delivered an amazing user experience.”
